Pamper Me Fabulous: Beaute Mineral Review & Giveaway

Pamper Me Fabulous is all about taking a little time out for yourself and what better way than to get all made up! I LOVE makeup and I am a huge fan of mineral makeup. Beaute Mineral sent me the Goddess Enchantment Collection and it is my new fave! When I first opened the package, I could not believe how brilliant the colors were. The colors are vibrant. The colors are gorgeous! I cannot rave enough about how amazing these colors are. The Goddess Enchantment Collection was inspired by the beauty of goddess from the Greek/Roman Mythology and is a set of limited edition colors that reflects the beauty & personalities of 6 Greek Goddesses.

I was very impressed with the lightness of these eyeshadows. I have used plenty of mineral makeup that have felt "cakey" when applied. These eyeshadows feel light and soft, yet they provide excellent coverage and are long lasting. Even though they are long lasting, they are also easy to remove which is a huge plus.

Here are the Basic Application Instructions from Beaute Mineral

Basic Application:
1. Dip a soft brush into shadow or liner color.
2. Tap brush lightly to get excess color off the brush.
3. Use a light color (such as white, beige, yellow and pale pink) under brow and/or on the brow bone to highlight bone structure. Also apply highlight color to the inner corner of the eye.
4. To create the crease of the eye, apply a midtone shade (a subtle shade that is like an extension of your skin) all over eyelids and blend to meet the highlight shade.
5. Finally use a deeper, accent shade (but not necessary dark or stark), apply it across the top lash line from the outer corner inward. Then bring the color into the outer portion of the crease, blending inward.
6. Line your top lash line, as close to the lash line as possible, starting from the middle of the lash line and outward.
7. Line your lower lash line, from the outer corner inward, and as close to the lash line as possible.

Motivational Mondays

It's Monday! The weekend is over and a new week has just begun. My week is starting out with me getting motivated. Lately, I have been LAZY! I keep complaining that I want to work out, I want to get more done around the house, and I want to get ahead in my school work. Yet, I continue to be lazy and continue to complain about being lazy. Not anymore! This is my official declaration that I am getting motivated. I will post each Monday about the tasks at hand and my progress in completing them. This weeks goals are:

• I will fit a work out into my schedule every day.
• I will get caught up and ahead on all my school work.
• I will get the house chores completed and keep up with them throughout the week.
• I will blog more!

I decided to title this Motivational Mondays because we all need a good kick in the rear to get us motivated, especially on Mondays! I hope you join me and post a comment about your Motivational Monday goals!

I am an avid lotion user (if such a thing exists). I was sent Udderly Smooth Hand & Body Moisturizing Lotion, Udderly Smooth Udder Cream for dry skin, and Udderly Smooth Foot Cream with Shea Butter. I must say, all products exceeded my expectations.

Udderly Smooth has many uses and I put it to the test; I used it after shaving to avoid shaving rash and re-hydrate my skin. I used it as a facial moisturizer. I also used it after I showered to lock in the moisture. It was effective for all uses! The foot cream with shea butter is excellent for helping to smooth dry patches on your feet and also as an everyday moisturizer for your feet. The Udder Cream works like a charm when your skin feels dry. The smooth hand & body moisturizing lotion is excellent for everyday use.

If you are like me, you have noticed that most lotions are runny and feel as though they are sitting on top of your skin and do not absorb! Not Udderly Smooth, the consistency is excellent and it absorbs very well. The scent is very mild and can be used by every member of the family. My fiancé often complains that my lotions smell too feminine for him to use, he was very pleased with Udderly Smooth's light scent. Tackle It Tuesday

As mothers, we are constantly running around and do not always get to "tackle" the things that really make life easier. It is funny how organizing a closet or book shelf can make things so much easier! Do you have any projects that you have been putting off? I do! The biggest project that I have been putting off is cleaning out my daughters nursery. I still have all of her newborn clothes hanging (she is 10 months old now), I still have the bassinet (filled with newborn clothing) in her nursery even though she sleeps in her crib and is way to big for it, and I still have an infant swing in her room. So this week for "Tackle It Tuesday," I will be cleaning out Brianna's room! I will post before and after pictures later today when I am finished. So what are your goals for "Tackle It Tuesday"?
